Oh weird. It's snowing (again).

Over the last 24 hours the Twin Cities got dumped on (again) - This time to the tune of some 17"of snow. Thankfully it's President's Day, so traffic was manageable for those of us unlucky enough to not have the day off.  No planes are going in or out of MSP.  Once again, it is time to dig out.
