I stumbled on a new favorite design site - Graham & Co.  A lovely a site where a small team of NYC creatives with good taste pull together design ideas and images.  I also adore that their motto is "living well is the best revenge." Well said, Graham.  Well said.

Obsession / Time Suck of the Day: Pinterest

I know I am a little late to the Pinterest party but holy crap is it ever cool! It allows you with the click of a toolbar button to select pictures from just about any website out there and arrange them on boards.  It's awesome.  It also seems to be especially popular with mothers, brides-to-be, and do-it-yourselfers.  And while I am none of these people, I dig it just the same.

Buy Some Damn Art.

This is a super cool idea. Every Tuesday a carefully curated show featuring a handful of independent art pieces goes live.  Original pieces are priced from $200 - $500.  It looks to be pretty popular as this week's show is already halfway sold out (and it's only Thursday!).

Light Stalking.

I recently discovered the website Light Stalking.  No, it's not a how-to-stalk-someone website.  It's a photography website. I really enjoyed their series of images called, 23 Perfectly Timed Shots.  Below are some of my favorites.

Missing Money: Give me some.

One of my coworkers sent me the web address for Missing Money - the database for governmental unclaimed property records.  I searched myself and unfortunately have no free missing money coming to me.  Bummer.

HistoricProperties.com = Online Real Estate Crack

My newest online time suck is a little website called Historic Properties.  It lists historic houses and buildings in all states of repair/disrepair - from an exquisite pristine condition multi-million dollar estate to a 15K church to an old theater.  Many are in the South (apparently old historic property is free down there...), but I've managed to find a few local Midwest gems.

This Glenview, IL house is only $1.
