I Spilled. . .

Today I spilled:
Item: Quaker White Cheddar Rice Cakes
Where: Shirt, pants, chair, desk, floor, shoes, face, hands, keyboard.
Damage done: White powdered goodness allover.  I can only assume this is what Lindsay Lohan's house arrest is like.

Target Field - Good Eats

With a mere 10 days to go before the MN Twins home opener (yes, I am going, thankyouverymuch), the Twins go and do something awesome.  The Twins and the concession/food folks just announced a bunch of additional tasty local food options.  I can't wait to eat (spill) the following items really soon:
- Turkey to Go - A mouth-watering taste of the Minnesota State Fair since 1959, the Giant Juicy Turkey Sandwich.
- Walk A Taco - El Burrito Mercado, a local Mexican favorite in St. Paul's "District del Sol" for more than 30 years, lends this concept - a tortilla-based cone, stuffed with authentic taco ingredients.
- Minneapple Pie - What better to have with baseball than apple pie? Armed with a century-old family recipe, the Atsidakos family developed this individual apple pie in the 1960s at Peter's Grill in Minneapolis and now serves it in the family-run Cottage Grill in Rogers, Minn. It's featured at the State Fair and will now be supplied to Sportservice to serve at Target Field.

And  for those gluten-free individuals out there (my sister.  my dog), they have also compiled a list of wonderful gluten-free ballpark food options:

I Spilled. . .

Today I spilled:
Item: Elmer's Glue stick
Where: Shirt, pants, chair.
Damage done: The packaging says "washable" so hopefully no long term damage.  Though I somehow seem to have dried glue allover.

I Spilled. . .

Today I spilled:
Item: Panera Mint Crinkle cookie
Where: Shirt, pants, chair.
Damage done: Powdered sugar everywhere.  Darn you, tasty messy cookie treat.

I Spilled. . .

Today I spilled:
Item: Dannon Raspberry Fruit on the Bottom Yogurt
Where: Right down the front of my dark gray shirt.
Damage done: While I was able to clean most of it off, I keep smelling fruity yogurt. . . which sort of smells like fruit roll-up.  Now I want a fruit roll-up. There is also a slight white yogurt mark on my shirt.  Shirt will definitely need to be washed.

I Spilled. . .

Today I spilled:
Item: Lean Cuisine Garlic Chicken
Where: On my keyboard.  On my lap.
Damage done: My keyboard is sticky and it smells.  I smell.

11.18.2010

I Spilled. . .

Today I spilled:
Item: McDonald's Angus Snack Wrap
Where: In the car. Not sure where it landed.
Damage done: As if I don't feel shitty enough for having Micky D's for lunch - I have to go spill it on myself.  To add insult to food injury, I can't figure out what spilled and where it now is.

11.16.2010

I Spilled. . .

Today I spilled:
Item: Trader Joe's Organic Applesauce with Wild Berries
Where: On my shirt. At my desk
Damage done: Feel okay because it's organic... so that's good.  Wishing it hadn't been the wild berry variety which makes it a little more visible.  A little embarassed as a coworker saw me trying to lick it off my shirt. . .

I Spilled. . .

I am a truly exceptional spiller of things.  If something can be spilled, even with great difficulty, I will spill it.

Today I spilled:
Item: 1 Large iced-coffee
Where: In my lap. On my way to work.
Damage done: Sat in wet coffee mess for 25 minutes.  Moderate stain on pants.  Ego bruised.  Morning commute made more frustrating.
